Kenneth Brandt, age 74, completed his earthly journey and went home to be with the Lord on August 14, 2024.

Born in Cleveland, Ken grew up in Parma. He graduated from St. Michael's in Parma and attended Tri-C for Business. As an adult Ken was actively involved in the Young Adults group at St. Francis de Sales, where he was an alter server as a teen.

Ken worked as an automotive aftermarket salesman his entire career. He earned the Million Dollar Club award many years, a testament to his hard work and dedication.

He met the love of his life, Kathy through Parents Without Partners. In his free time, Ken enjoyed reading, watching movies, dancing, and going on vacations. His greatest enjoyment though, was found in time spent with his family.

He will be forever missed by his wife of thirty three years; Kathy (nee Krepps); children; Brian (Catherine) Brandt, Christopher (Sarah) Brandt, Pamela Wysocki, David (Kelly) Wysocki; and six grandchildren. He is also survived by siblings; Carol Brandt, SND, Terry Kaminski, Don (Beth) Brandt; nieces, and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; Gilbert and Lillian; and brother-in-law; Raymond Kaminski.

The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM until 11:30 AM Saturday August 24, 2024 at The Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home 384745 Chestnut Ridge Rd. Elyria where closing prayers will be recited at 11:30 AM. Mass of Christian Burial will be 12:00 Noon Saturday August 24, 2024 at St. Jude Church 590 Poplar St. Elyria. The Reverend Father Joseph Scalco, CSJ Pastor will be the Celebrant. Burial will be at Ridge Hill Memorial Park in Amherst Township.
