Kathy A. Parsons (nee Seals), 78, of Elyria passed away Sunday, January 19, 2020 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center. She was born December 16 , 1941 in Jefferson, PA. Survivors include her daughters Laurie (Skeet) Hales, Florence Parsons both of Elyria; son James Michael (Dorothy) Parsons; grandchildren Elizabeth Parsons, Danielle Barbee, Michael Parsons, Cheyenne Parsons; 6 great grandchildren; brother Paul (Faith) Seals of Huron, OH.
