Kathleen S. Goodson, (nee-Metz), 51, of Lorain passed away Friday March 13, 2020 at her home following a long illness. She was born November 20, 1968 in Elyria and was an Elyria resident for most of her life. Kathy worked as an assembler at the Murray Ridge Ridge Workshop, was a 1988 Elyria High School graduate and enjoyed music and anything related to Disney. Survivors include her husband, Matt; daughter, Desiree Lindsey; step-daughter, Teresa Griffith; step-sons, Timothy and Matt Goodson; 9 grandchildren; father, Wilbert C. Metz; sisters, Peggy (Rick-deceased) Brown and Nancy (Kermit) Rowe; brothers, Mark (Jackie) Metz and Michael (Susanne) Metz. She was preceded in death by her mother, Kira Carol Metz. All services were private. Private entombment was in the mausoleum at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
