Julieanna L. Smith, 48, of Elyria passed away unexpectedly at her home on Monday September 22, 2014. She was born March 29, 1966 in Elwood, IN. and was a Elyria resident for most of her life. Julieanna attended Midview High School and enjoyed cooking, shopping and reading. Survivors include her daughter Samantha Hernandez of Elyria; sons, Robert Brown of Medina and Joshua Bean of LaGrange; grandchildren, Aaliyah Anderson, Seth Bean and Lucas Bean; father, Jerry Smith of Grafton; sister, Jennifer Lee of Elyria; brother, Jamie Smith of Amherst. She was preceded in death by her mother, Julie Stergion in 1979. The family will receive friends on Friday September 26, 2014 from 1:00 p.m. until the time of services at 2:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Elyria 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. The Rev. Chuck Behrens, Chaplain of Hospice of the Western Reserve will Officiate. Burial will be private.
