Julie Bell (nee: Meyer), 46 of Grafton died suddenly Tuesday March 13, 2012 at The Cleveland Clinic after a courageous fight with cancer. She was born March 30, 1965 in Chewelah, WA. and was a resident of the Grafton are for seventeen years. Julie was employed by the United States Postal Service in Elyria for fifteen years; and had served in the U.S. Air Force as a Sergeant for ten years. Julie selflessly choose to donate her body to science at The Cleveland Clinic to further medical studies in cancer research. Julie is survived by her husband of twenty five years; Donald Bell, two sons; Nicholas of North Ridgeville, Dylan of Grafton, her mother; Joanne Wissink of Chewelah, WA., brother; Barry Meyer (Peggy) of Chewelah, WA., brother; William Meyer (Annie) of Spokane Valley, WA, brother; Dan Wissink (Jodie), sister; Diane Mai (Colin) sister; Debbie Paulsen (Jeff), brother; David Wissink, brother; Doug Wissink, in laws; Glen and Deanna Bell of Elyria, sister in law; Tina Bryant of Grafton, brother and sister in law; Mark and Tammy Smith of Grafton, seven nephews and seven nieces. Julie was preceded in death by her father; Warren Ray Meyer. Step father; Bud Wissink of Washington, grandparents; Otto and Iva Meyer and Art and Alice Motley. Julie enjoyed reading, gardening, and family. She was an avid sports fan, and could be found in the stands watching her family play soccer, baseball, football, dancing, and racing stock cars.
