Julia A. Plas ( nee Toth) 91, of North Ridgeville passed away Sunday June 25, 2017 at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake. She was born March 27, 1926 in Lorain. Julia was a 1947 graduate of the MBJ school of nursing, she enjoyed sewing, quilting, rug making, gardening and volunteered at St. Mary hot meals for 26 years. Survivors include her daughters Patricia A. (Dennis) Frabotta of Grafton, Rachel A. Lilley (Guy - Deceased), of Elyria, Christine A. (Christopher) Laurion, of West Branch,Michigan, Monica A. (Walter) Frankiewicz of Kansas City, Missouri, Judy A. (Guy) Page of LaGrange; sons Justin J. (Jaci) of Vermilion, Martin D. (Beth) of Grafton, Tony L. (Jane) of Marblehead; 26 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; sister Juanita (Carl) Stutt of Lorain; brother John Toth(Irene) of Wadsworth. She was preceded in death by her husband Richard A. Plas Sr.; daughter Mary Ann Kelly; son Richard A. Jr. 3 grandchildren; sisters Marie Leinhos, Lee Fisher, Emma Scott, Helen Wolfe and Ethel Pfiefer; brothers Vincent and James. Family will receive friends 2-7 PM Wednesday June 28, 2017 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
