Judith M. "Judy" Chivilo (nee: Smith), 83, of Columbus, passed away peacefully on December 20, 2022 in North Ridgeville, OH. Judy was born on October 17, 1939 to parents, Nathaniel and Evelyn (nee: Dewald) Smith. She graduated from St. Mary's High School and spent most of her life as a homemaker and loving mother.  Survivors include her daughter, Shannon Kennedy; granddaughter, Brianna Kennedy; sisters, Nancy Phillips, Martha (Roger) Boice, Karen (Randy Mahoney) Brady; beloved cats, Allie and Sam. Judy is preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis (Louie); son-in-law, Nicklaus Kennedy; brother, John "Jack" Smith. Judy loved her family and that love was highlighted by her donation of a kidney to her brother Jack, giving him six more precious years. She dedicated much of her time caring for and rescuing stray cats, as was her kind heartedness. She will be deeply missed, always and forever.
