Judith Ann Bulger, 79, of Elyria, Ohio, passed away in Westlake, Ohio on July 24, 2024 after a long resilient battle with cancer. Judy was born on January 11, 1945, to her parents, William Wren Bulger and Mildred Esther Coburn, in Elyria, Ohio. After Judy graduated from Elyria Catholic High School in 1963, she went on to study Education at Bowling Green State University. After graduating with a degree in Education, she started her first job at Lorain County Public Schools as a teacher. Judy adopted her loving children, Ami Bulger and Eric Bulger, from India in 1985 and 1991. She raised her caring wonderful family in Elyria, Ohio. In 2004, Judy retired and spent her time by line dancing, doing sudoku, reading her political blogs, spending time with her fur babies, having game night with her friends (specifically rummikub), watching Cleveland sports, and taking care of her mother. Judy was predeceased by her father (William Wren Bulger Sr.) and her stepfather (Hugh Coburn). She is survived by her mother (Mildred Coburn), her brother (William Bulger Jr.), her daughter (Ami Bulger), her son (Eric Bulger), and her daughter-in-law (Jane Bulger). Services will be held at Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Road (at State Route 57) in Elyria on Saturday, August 3, 2024 from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. The Reverend Father Frank P.
