Judi Kathryn Bubb (née Bassett), age 83, of Strongsville, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Thomas P. Perciak Family Residential Hospice in Strongsville.

Born on September 23, 1942, in Elyria, Judi was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. She is survived by her daughter, Lesley K. Bubb; her son Michael S. (Jennifer) Bubb; and her two beloved grandchildren, Lilian and Graham Bubb.

Judi was a lifelong advocate for Lesley, devoted to ensuring she always had the love, care, and opportunities she deserved. She loved spending time with friends and family and especially enjoyed traveling with her husband and daughter, creating cherished memories along the way.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Daniel F. Bubb Jr.; her parents, Ernest E. and Doris K. (née Cordova) Bassett; and her brother, James E. Bassett.

Family and friends are invited to gather for visitation on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 4–7 PM at Laubenthal Mercado Funeral Home, 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church, 708 Erie St., Grafton (please meet at the church). Rev. Fr. John P. Seabold, Pastor, will celebrate the Mass. Burial will follow at St. Mary Cemetery in Grafton.
