Joyce F. Rubinoski (nee: Smith) 80, of Elyria passed away Monday June 3, 2019 at O'Neill Healthcare in North Ridgeville following a long illness. She was born October 1, 1938 in Pittsburgh, PA. Joyce treasured spending time with her family, and enjoyed swimming, trips to the beach, and gardening. Survivors include her husband of sixty one years; Albert R. Sr., two sons; Albert R. Jr. (Jill) of Elyria, OH , Jeffrey J. (Leslie) of Worthington, OH, a daughter; Cynthia Joy of Northfield, OH. Additional survivors include four grandchildren; Samantha, Spencer, Austin, Ryan, a sister; Janice Rogers (Robert) of Sheraden, PA., and two brothers; Edward Smith (Lil) of Sheraden, PA., Gary Smith (Sarah) of Spokane, WA. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents; Edward and Elizabeth (nee: McDine) Smith. The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Thursday June 6, 2019 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57) Elyria, OH (440)322-4626.
