John Michael Siek 81 of Elyria passed away Thursday March 27 ,2014 at the Center Ridge Health Campus in N. Ridgeville after a long illness.He was born May 17, 1932 in Cleveland,Ohio .John worked for Halls Motor Freight until his retirement. He was a member of Teamsters local 407 and the Polish Club of Elyria. John enjoyed fishing , classic cars , going for rides , and especially enjoyed his family. Survivors include his wife Celia (nee Ford) , daughters Celia (Dave) Sieker of Grafton , Cynthia (William) Blackburn of Wilkesboro , N. Carolina , Cherri (Mark) Resar of Wellington , Karen (Daniel) Shepherd of Elyria , sons Mark (Scott) of N. Ridgeville , Patrick (Debbie) of Austin, Tx., 7 grandchildren and 6 great - grandchildren. John was preceded in death by his parents John and Marion (nee Murray) , daughter Patricia , son Michael , grandson Sgt. Daniel Shephard and great-grandson Conner Denger . NO VISITATION .
