Obituary

John A. Loesch 80, of Elyria passed away Saturday September 17, 2011 at Avon Oaks Nursing Home in Avon following a long illness. He was born August 22, 1931 in Cleveland. John had served in the U.S. Air Force. He was employed as a plumber and pipefitter at Ford Motor Co. in the Brook Park Foundry from 1977 until his retirement in 1993. John was a member of Local 55, Elyria United Polish Club, Amvets Post 32, V.F.W. Post 1079, American Legion Post 12. Survivors include thee sons; Jeff A., John A., and Jay A. (Terri) all of Elyria, Twelve grandchildren; Michael, Teri, Jeffrey, Christopher, Kaylee, Whitney, Maggie, Hannah, Lindsey, Stephen, Corey, Tyler, and seven great grandchildren, and a brother; Thomas (JoAnn) of Medina. He was preceded in death by his wife of fifty four years; Joan L. (nee: Rahm), and his parents; John J. and Catherine (nee: Chovanek) Loesch.
