John Henry Kurcsics,81, of Elyria passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018 at University Hospital Elyria Medical Center following a brief illness. He was born March 21 , 1936 in Homer City, PA. John proudly served his Country in the Navy from 1955-1959. He worked for Sommer's Mobile Home Park for 7 years , and formerly worked in the construction industry. Survivors include his daughter Tina (Kevin) Tyler of LaGrange; son John A. Rosa of Alabama; 9 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mary (nee Bukovics). Private graveside services were held at St. Mary Cemetery (Elyria). Family suggests those who wish may make donations to St. Agnes Church 611 Lake Ave. Elyria, Ohio 44035.
