Joann M. Stinnett (nee Bowen), 72, of Grafton was called home to the Lord June 30, 2018 at her residence. She was born August 9, 1945 in Sheffield Lake and was a 1964 graduate of Midview High School. Joann was a devoted member of Grafton United Methodist Church and ran the Grafton Salvation Army. She enjoyed reading, cooking, knitting, doing puzzles but especially enjoyed her family. Survivors include her husband of 52 years Ed; daughters Wendy Stinnett of Elyria, Tracey (Len) Raleigh of N. Ridgeville; grandchildren Cory Kokensparger, Sara Tague , Micheal Tague; great grandsons Magnus and Grayson ; sister Judy Filmer of Florida; brother Chuck (Marcella) Volak of Lorain. She was preceded in death by her parents Lester and Ruth Bowen (nee Beard); beloved son Doug. Family will receive friends 4-7 PM Monday, July 2, 2018 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
