Jerald H. Dute 87, of LaGrange passed away Friday September 12, 2014 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a short illness. He was born October 6, 1926 on Amherst. Jerald was a machinist, and had worked at General Industries for twenty three years, Bendix for fifteen years, and was self employed for ten years. He was a member of The Ultravan Club, LaSharo Club, and enjoyed travel, camping, trips to Florida, farming, motorcycles, aircraft, and computers. Survivors include two daughters; Karen A. Deich (Paul) of Wellington, FL, Rosanne L. Dute of Elyria, a son; Ray A. Dute (Janelle) of Elyria. Additional survivors include five grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a sister; Joyce Buzwell of North Canton. Jerald was preceded in death by his parents; Casper and Elizabeth (nee: Mollison) Dute, a sister; Dorothy, and a brother; Roy.
