Jeffrey A. Szczepanski, 64, of Grafton passed away Monday February 4, 2019 at his home following a 2 year battle with cancer. He was born February 22, 1954 in Berea and was a lifelong Grafton resident. Jeff was employed by Valore Builders of Westlake as a job superintendent for 22 years. He enjoyed gardening, cooking, attending auctions, watching and feeding birds and spending time with family and friends. Survivors include his daughter, Jill Szczepanski (Adam Barnard); sons, Jason, (Sarah), Ryan (Mariesa) and Jeremy Szczepanski; grandchildren, Tyler, Kyla, Alana, Brenden, Valentina and Ryan; parents, Gene and Jane Szczepanski; brothers, Jon (Cindy) Jay, Joel (Robin) and Jack Szczepanski. He was preceded in death by his brothers, James and Jeremy Szczepanski. The family will receive friends Thursday (today) 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church 38550 Chestnut Ridge Rd., Elyria. Services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday February 8, 2019 at the church. Pastor Brian Edwards will Officiate. Burial will be at Butternut Ridge Cemetery, Eaton Township. Memorial contributions can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
