Jeanette A. Davis, (nee-Williams), 82, of Elyria passed away Tuesday April 2, 2013 at the Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake following a brief illness. She was born January 28, 1931 in Naugawne, MI. and was a Elyria resident for most of her life. Jeanette was a member of St. Agnes Catholic Church in Elyria and enjoyed playing bingo, her pet cats, bird watching and was a avid NASCAR racing and Cleveland Indians baseball fan. Survivors her daughter, Deborah (Tom) Fedor of Eutawville, SC.; sons, Michael (Diana) Davis and Scott (Rondra) Davis, both of Elyria; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Isabel Rollins of Douglasville, GA. And Doreen Grimminck of Grand Haven, MI.. She was preceded in death by a son, Terrance Davis, grandson, Christian Davis and brothers, Lloyd and Francis Williams. The family will receive friends Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 12:30 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. The Rev. Chuck Behrens, Chaplain of Hospice of the Western Reserve will Officiate. Burial will be private.
