Jay Michael Turner, 54, of Elyria passed away in Louisville, KY. He was born August 27, 1965 in Fairmont, WV. Jay worked for Enprotech as a field service engineer. He proudly served his Country in the U.S. Navy. Jay enjoyed motorcycles, camping, computers his family and especially his grandchildren. Survivors include his wife Brenda (nee Roeser); daughters Kristen Turner of Elyria, Alexis Turner of Maryland; sons David (Heaven) Turner of Amherst, Ian Turner of Elyria; grandchildren Shea Adkisson, Blakely Turner and Coen Turner; parents Jerry and Linda Turner (nee Ramsey); brother Aaron Turner of Florida. Family will receive friends 1-4 PM Sunday, June 21, 2020 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626, where military honors will be provided by VFW post # 1079.
