Jason Peters 43 of Elyria passed away unexpectedly Saturday June 18, 2016 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. He was born April 29 , 1973 in Sandusky. Jason enjoyed music , was a wonderful artist , and a gun collector. Survivors include his daughter Hailey of Grafton , parents William and Sharon (nee Lamb) , sister Pam , former wife Kim (nee Sorensen) , 3 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sister Melissa "Lisa" Peters , grandson Ben. Family will receive friends 1- until time of service at 4 PM Sunday June 26 , 2016 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at St. Rt. 57), Elyria 440-322-4626. Pastor Stephen Carter of North Eaton Baptist Church will officiate. Burial Private.
