Janis M. "Jan" Kelly, (nee-DeCarlo), 67, of Olmsted Falls passed away Friday October 4, 2019 at the Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital. She was born October 11, 1951 in Brownsville, PA. and lived most of her life in the Cleveland area. Jan worked as a Registered Nurse, most recently at the Cleveland Clinic. Survivors include her son, Brian Kelly; grandson, Devin Kelly; sister, Tami (Jim ) Lynsky; twin brother, Ron (Linda) DeCarlo. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
