Obituary

Jamie Loftin, age 53, passed away on December 30, 2025, after a brief but serious illness. Jamie spent most of his childhood in Illinois, where he attended Rockridge Schools. During his senior year of high school, he moved to Pennsylvania and graduated from Hempfield High School in 1990. He went on to attend LeTourneau University in Texas, where he played college baseball, later transferring to Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance.

Jamie spent the bulk of his career working for the family business as an office manager. He took pride in his work and enjoyed being part of something that kept the family connected.

Jamie’s love for family and simple pleasures defined his life. He was deeply loved by his siblings, Matt and Jill. Jamie proudly embraced his role as the middle child, especially when it came to picking on Jill. His banter with Matt was equally legendary, particularly when it came to fishing, where each brother firmly believed that he had caught the biggest fish.

Jamie was a devoted uncle to Madyson, Kaden, Drew, Annie, and Cullen, and he treasured his time with them. He rarely missed an opportunity to attend their sporting events, challenge them to video games, or take them along on road trips—where he enjoyed the journey just as much as the destination.

Jamie loved car shows, golf, fishing, a great meal, and seeing movies at the theater. Above all else, he was happiest when surrounded by family and friends. He lived a simple and content life, finding joy in the little things, shared laughter, and time well spent together.

Jamie was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Anna Loftin. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and stories that will continue to be told. In accordance with Jamie’s wishes, his family will honor his memory with a Celebration of Life to be held in April 2026.
