Jacob S. "Jake" Park, 35, of Wellington passed away Tuesday November 8, 2016 at Fairview General Hospital following an apparent heart attack. He was born November 25, 1980 in Oberlin. Jake attended Wellington, North Ridgeville, Brandon, MS. And Keystone schools. He will be remembered for his wit, easy-going personality and love of music and reading. Survivors include his parents, Jeff and Christine (nee-Waite); sister, Rachel Park; brothers, Ben and Adam Park; nieces, Susan and Lilly Park; nephew, Dylan Park; aunt and uncle, Buck and Rita Youngless; aunts, Jane Plas, Jody Conrad and Arlene Waite; uncles, Mike Waite and John Park; numerous cousins. A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Sunday November 27, 2016 from 1:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the Wellington Eagles Club.
