Jack F. Phillips, 69, of Elyria passed away suddenly on Thursday July 18, 2019 at St. John Medical Center in Westlake. He was born December 26, 1949. Jack was a retired boilermaker and a former president of the Cleveland Boilermaker's Union. Survivors include his wife Margaret Gross; daughter, Amy; stepchildren, Debby, Kelly and Charles; grandson, Charlie; brothers, Scott and Mark. He was a United States Air Force veteran, with rank of Sergeant while stationed in Viet Nam for 3 years. All services and burial were private.
