Irene Mary Noster (nee Mekker), 92, of Grafton passed away Monday, June 17, 2019 at her residence. She was born April 7, 1927 in Elyria. Irene was a lifetime contributor to Ohio agriculture, loved to play her piano at home and the piano at the nursing home for the tenants, she was a self taught pianist, had a love for wildlife , the outdoors, loved to go fishing with her brother and nephew. Survivors include her brother George C. Mekker of Dallas,TX.; nephew George S. Mekker and niece Elizabeth A. Mekker both of Dallas, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Florian; son Theodore; parents George and Irene Mekker (nee Vargo).
