Hubert J. Porter 70, of Oberlin passed away at home Tuesday July 3, 2012 following a long illness. He was born September 3, 1941 in TN. Hubert had worked as a machine operator. He was a wonderful grandfather, and enjoyed cars; particularly Mustangs, going to car shows. Survivors include two daughters; Sherri A. Yerase of Oberlin, Tracie L. Bustamante (Mario) of Columbus, OH, a sister; Wanda Huffman (Harry) of AZ., three grandchildren, and a great grandchild. Hubert was preceded in death by his wife of forty six years; Donna (nee: Slogic) and a son; Brad Porter. All services are private.
