Helen M. Vojtek (nee Chema), 83, of LaGrange passed away Tuesday, December 31, 2019 following a brief illness. She was born April 8, 1936 in Chicago, IL., and enjoyed quilting, playing pinochle, movies , watching tennis, camping, gardening, and the US Civil War. Survivors include her daughter Barbara Schmittgen ; sons Edward (Carol) and Thomas (Cynthia) ; grandchildren Amy, Emily, Holly, Christine, and Daniel; sister Mary (Ronald) Seaman . She was preceded in death by her parents Stephen and Priscilla Chema (nee Weizer). Family will receive friends 10 AM until time of Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM Friday, January 10, 2020 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church 708 Erie St. Grafton, OH. 44044. Rev. Fr. John Seabold pastor will be the Celebrant. Graveside services 12:30 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery (Brookpark), PLEASE MEET AT THE GATE.
