Helen Louise Reed, (nee-Kuhl), 84, of LaGrange passed away Saturday January 23, 2021 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange . She was born June 2, 1936 on Tater Knob, WV. She graduated from Normantown High School, Normantown, WV. in 1955 and shortly after moved to Lorain County with her husband Wilford where they were charter members of Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church on Parsons Road in Grafton. Helen enjoyed faithful attendance at church, camping, reading and word searches. She loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her daughters, Marsha (Gerald) Dobbins of Elyria, Sheila (Rodney) Sharp of Willard, Denise (Clint) Bowling of Grafton; son, Kevin Reed of Amherst; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great grandson; sister, Mary (Lane) Smith of Cedarville, WV.; brother, Roger Kuhl of LaGrange. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Wilford Dennis Reed and her parents, Ottie and Tishia Kuhl. The family will receive friends Friday January 29, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of services at 1:00 p.m. at Mount Pisgah Missionary Baptist Church 39888 Parsons Rd., Grafton. Facial coverings and social distancing are required. Pastor Joe Dossa will Officiate. Burial will follow at Mount Pisgah Church cemetery.
