Heather M. Ray, 38, of Vermilion passed away Tuesday September 3, 2013 following a long illness. She was born February 3, 1975 in Toledo and was a lifelong Elyria area resident. Survivors include her mother, Janet Shirkey of Vermilion ; brother, James (Satania) Hoover of Vermilion; nephew, James Hoover Jr.. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald R. "Tiny" Ray Jr. in 1998, and grandparents, Jim and Mary Heath and Donald Sr. and Lois Ray. All services will be private.
