Heather Lynn Fassnacht 39 of Arizona passed away Saturday May 2, 2015 unexpectedly at Chandler Regional Hospital. She was born January 8 , 1976 in Ashtabula, Ohio. Survivors include her mother Barbara Keen of Ashtabula , brother Manion (Elizabeth) of N. Eaton , niece Julia and nephew William. She was preceded in death by her father William , maternal grandparents Jess and Mildred Keen , paternal grandparents Francis Fassnacht and Jean Post.
