Heather L. Bemiller, (nee-Weiss), 40, of Elyria passed away Friday November 29, 2013 at EMH Healthcare following a brief illness. She was born November 27, 1973 in Chattanooga, TN. And was a Elyria resident for most of her life. A 1992 Elyria High School graduate, Heather was an accomplished dart thrower and loved her pet animals. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Richard "Rich" Bemiller III; daughter, Ashley Bemiller of Amherst; mother and step-father, Marilyn and Andy Vanderpool of Elyria; father, Richard Weiss of Plano, TX; brother, Kevin Weiss of Rowlett, TX; mother-in-law, Sharon Meadows of Elyria. The family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 384765 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Services will be Thursday December 5, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral home. The Rev. Chuck Behrens, Chaplain of Hospice of the Western Reserve will Officiate.
