Harry E. Rudolchick, 79, of Elyria passed away Thursday April 22, 2021 at U.H. Elyria Medical Center following a sudden illness. He was born April 7, 1942 in Somerset, PA. and was an Elyria resident for most of his life. Harry worked as a die cast maker at the General Motors Parma Plant for 32 years, retiring in 1997. He was a veteran of the United States Army, a member of the AMVETS Post 32 and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan. Survivors include his daughters, Linda (John) Lindsey and Rori (Aaron) Stuckey; son, James Rudolchick; grandchildren, Elania, Megan, Kattie and Tyler. He was preceded in death by his sister, Charlotte Porterfield and his brother, Albert Rudolchick. The family will receive friends on Wednesday April 28, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of Services at 1:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. The Rev. Chuck Behrens will Officiate. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon. Online condolences may be made at www.laubenthalmercado.com
