Hadley J. Victor, 3, on Friday, February 24, 2023 our little angel passed away and went to be with the Lord. She is survived by her parents, Justin and Courtney Victor (nee Neff); sister Raelynn Victor; brother, Landen Victor; maternal grandmother, Angela Gray; paternal grandparents, John (Veronica) Victor and Anne Marie (Philip) Thompson; aunts, Isabella Gray and Brooke Neff; uncles, Joshua Neff and Brandon Victor (Chelsea). She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather, Joshua Neff.Family will receive friends from 10AM until time of service at 12 Noon Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
