Gretta I. Hardman (nee: Jenkins) 84, of Grafton passed away Thursday January 1, 2015 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a long illness. She was born February 19, 1930 in Morgantown, WV. Gretta was a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, and enjoyed spending time with her family, flower gardening, crocheting, and quilting. Survivors include three daughters; Cheryl D. Smith of Grafton, Vickie L. Hawley (the late Glen) of Grafton, Pam S. Ebersole (Ray) of Grafton, a son; Nelson Hardman of Grafton. Additional survivors include three sisters; Goldie Murl of Westin, WV, Glena Green (Roy) of LaGrange, Geraldine Cogar of Westin, WV, three brothers; Jack Jenkins of Parkersburg, WV, Charlie Jenkins (Wilda) of Normantown, WV, Golden Jenkins (Betty) Glenville, WV, eleven grandchildren, twenty five great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren. Gretta was preceded in death by her husband of fifty two years; Thomas, her parents; Arch and Lena (nee: Smith) Jenkins, a sister, and six brothers.
