Gloria M. Koehn, (nee-DeCaire), 70, of LaGrange passed away Saturday at the Cleveland Clinic following a brief illness. She was born February 17, 1941 in Amherst and was a LaGrange resident since 1977. Gloria was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Elyria where she was active in the Ladies Guild. She enjoyed playing cards, traveling, spending time with her cats and being with her family. Survivors include her husband of 13 years, Jerry; daughter, Colleen (Daniel) Whitford of Lorain; sons, Dale (Debbie) Kenyon of Alabama and Duane (Tina) Kenyon of Lodi; step-daughter, Beth (Joe) Koehn of Lorain; 5 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Lorainne Emery of Elyria. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Merwyn Kenyon and second husband, Dale Standen. The family will receive friends Wednesday 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd. (at State Rt. 57), Elyria. Services will be Thursday at 10:00 a.m. at Grace Lutheran Church 9685 East River Rd. Elyria. The Rev. Chris Cahill will Officiate. Burial will be at Resthaven Memory Gardens, Avon.
