Obituary

Glen D. Priddy, 83, of Grafton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 2, 2025 at Ames Family Hospice House in Westlake. He was born in Nitro, West Virginia on July 10, 1942 to parents Sherman and Virginia (née: Norvell). Glen worked for Abex Electro Alloys as a machinist for many years up until his retirement. He was a devoted member of East Broad Street Church where he was very involved in many aspects, including but not limited to caring and working on the building grounds. In his spare time, Glen enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, wood working, gardening. He was an avid reader.

Survivors include his wife of 62 years, Mary Ann (née: Lyons), son, Martin D. (Wendy) Priddy; grandchildren, Randi (Keyth) Robinson and Scott T. Priddy. He is preceded in death by his parents, son; Randall, two sisters and five brothers.

Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, December 8, 2025 at East Broad Street Church of Christ 1125 East Broad Street in Elyria. Terry Spriestersbach will officiate. Interment will follow immediately after the service at Butternut Ridge Cemetery in Eaton Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Glen's name can be given to the church.
