Gina L. Hager (nee: Cicone), 59, of Elyria, passed away on Monday, October 6, 2025 at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus after a brief illness. She was born in Portsmouth, Virginia on November 28, 1965 to parents Floristano and Linda (nee: Buck). Gina left behind a legacy of love, strength, and devotion. A dedicated LPN, she worked for numerous home health care companies throughout her career, touching countless lives with her compassion and skill. Fiercely independent and hardworking, she faced life with determination and a feisty spirit that inspired those around her. Family was at the heart of everything she did—she cherished every moment spent with her loved ones, especially her grandchildren, who were her greatest joy. She will be remembered for her kindness, humor, and unwavering love for her family. Survivors include her parents; daughter, Candice (Glenn Mahaffey) Wilson, brothers, Nick and Steve; grandchildren, Madison and Cameron; and devoted friend, Amy Tolley. All services are private.
