Gary R. Norris, 81, of LaGrange, formerly of Toledo, died October 9, 2022 at his home. He was born to parents Richard and Ethel (Born) Norris on May 22, 1941. Gary graduated from Whitmer High School and the captain of their basketball team. He was an avid golfer and is a 17 time hole-in-one horseshoe champion. He also enjoyed horseracing, spending time with family, and watching Cleveland sports teams. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Survivors include wife of 63 years, Suzanne (nee Gott); daughter, Debbie Powers; sister, Judy (Jim) Shinnaberry; granddaughter, Carla Powers (Gray); Grandson, Ryan (Natalie) Gray; great-grandchildren; Kayla Faris and Zoey Jancura. Gary is preceded in death by brothers; Denny and Jeff; son, Gregory; and grandson; Michael. Memorial service will be held from 5-9pm Friday, October 21, 2022, at Wellington Town Hall 115 Willard Ct.
