Gary A. Hoffman 60, of Elyria passed away Wednesday December 11, 2019 at UH Elyria Medical Center following a long illness. Gary was born December 30, 1958 in Lima, OH. Gary enjoyed spending time with his family and friends; he was a talented artist and craftsman. Survivors include a daughter; Laura M. Hoffman (Jason Schmidt) of Perkins Twp., a grandson; Brixon Schmidt. Additional survivors include his father; Richard F. Hoffman of Huron, a sister; Dr. Sara Sharick (James) of Elyria, two brothers; Dennis Hoffman (Sue) of Amherst, Raymond Hoffman (Janice) of Angola, IN. Gary was preceded in death by a daughter; Elizabeth Hoffman and his mother; Joannmarie Hoffman (nee: Unverferth) Funeral services are private.
