Fred R. Farmer, 86, of Elyria passed away Monday, January 7, 2019 at his residence. He was born November 15, 1932 in Elyria and was a 1951 graduate of Elyria High School. Fred proudly served his Country in the Army. He enjoyed golfing, avid reader, working on building projects. Fred worked for Elyria Dairies and Central Exterminating. Survivors include his wife of 67 years Janet (nee Sprague); daughters Cynthia Reinhardt (Walter King), Laurie (Lance) Neuschaefer both of Elyria; son Milton "Mick" (Georgia) of N. Ridgeville; 7 grandchildren; 8great grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents Milton and Ethel Farmer (nee Beckwith); brother Richard. Per Fred's request there will be no services. Burial Private.
