Franklin D. Johnson 78 of Grafton passed away Friday August 19, 2011 at Autumn Aegis in Lorain following a long illness. Frank was born March 19, 1933 in Garantsville, WV. He was a Calhoun High School graduate, and had served in the U.S. Army. Frank was a retired insurance agent. He enjoyed golf, ebaying and fishing. Survivors include his wife of fifty seven years; Macel I. (nee: Sullivan) two sons; Jeffrey L. (Theresa R.) of Grafton, James M. (Judith S.) of Bloomsbury, NJ., additional survivors include a sister; Irene Price of Sandusky, two brothers; Clyde (Mildred) of IN, and Lennis (Norma) of NC, nine grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. Frank was preceded in death by a daughter; Cynthia A. Page and his parents Ray and Venia (nee: Vannoy) Johnson.
