Flossie Bolton (nee Whitaker), 78 of Grafton passed away Wednesday May 31, 2017 at University Hospitals Elyria medical Center following a lengthy illness. She was born October 2, 1938 in Hazard, Kentucky. Flossie worked for Ford Motor Co. as an inspector for 30 years. She enjoyed gardening, canning,and spending time with grandchildren. Survivors include her daughters Debra Burt and Janet Bolton both of Grafton; son Eddy Bolton of Grafton; 13 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; sisters Hessie Weese of Grafton, Bertha Thomas of Columbia Station, Allie Asher of Kentucky, Perlie Vanover of Niles, Ohio, brother James of Kentucky. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack F. Bolton; son Jackie Jr.; sister Janice; brother Ray. Family will receive friends 1-4PM Sunday June 4, 2017 at the Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Service 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
