Ernest "Ernie" A. Bryan 73, of Elyria passed away Monday June 25, 2018 at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain following a long illness. He was born June 1, 1945 in Tunnelton, WV. Ernie was a retired pipe fitter, and was a member of the Elyria Moose Lodge. He enjoyed woodworking, NASCAR racing, traveling by motor home. Survivors include his wife of fifty four years; Judith K. (nee: Overfield), two daughters; Vicki G. Smith (Rob) of Elyria, Tracy L. Canning (Perry) of North Ridgeville. Additional survivors include four grandchildren; Keith, Adrian, Savanna, Petty Officer First Class Robert A. "Robbie" (Alyssa), two great grandchildren; Taylor Faye, Lily Regan, and a brother; Ronald (Betty) of Rosine, KY. Ernie was preceded in death by his parents; John and Ardith (nee: Kisner) Bryan, a sister; Hallie Taylor, and six brothers; Robert, John, George, James, Dallas, Robert Allen.
