Emogene "Emma" Lilly of North Ridgeville, Ohio passed away peacefully on August 27, 2024.  Born in 1937 in Daniels, West Virginia, Emogene was one of seven children to parents Harry and Flora.  She graduated from Shady Springs High School, only missing one day of school from kindergarten through graduation.

Emogene raised her family in North Ridgeville and retired from PPG Industries located in Cleveland, Ohio. Emogene devoted her life to the Lord and taught Sunday School for many years.  She spent much of her free time at Church and especially loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Emma loved watching sports and cheering on her grandkids and great grandbabies at their events.

Emma's loving spirit and giving heart will be deeply missed by all that knew and loved her.  Our comfort and solace is in knowing she is happily rejoicing in Heaven with her many friends and family members that have passed before her.

Emogene is survived by her daughters Barbara (Richard) Healy, Cathy Humenik, Teresa (Jamie) Anderson and grandchildren Mark Varady, Chris (Melissa) Varady, Rick (Liz) Healy, Nick (Shawna) Healy, Angel (Lisa) Feliciano, Alisa (Nick) Bucci, Falon (Sam) Bianca, Cassie (Scott) Keller, and Tony (Elise) Anderson. Emogene was a Great "Granny" to 19 great grandchildren.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024 at Christian Life Church located at 3559 W Erie Ave. Lorain, Ohio 44053 at 2:00pm.
