Emily N. Mason, (nee-Orgel), 77, of Grafton passed away Thursday September 19, 2024. She was born September 30, 1946 in Berea and was a Grafton resident for many years. Emily formerly worked as a carrier for the Chronicle-Telegram for many years. She loved her family and flowers and was known for her creativity and could take anything old and breathe new life into it. Survivors include her husband Donald; children, Michele Powers Neeld (Craig), Rachel Wilson (William), Erica Axford (Russell) and Brian Powers (Shannon); grandchildren, Samantha, Tabitha, William, David, Jarrod, Cassandra, Jessi and Natalie; 11 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law-, Debbie Orgel, (Gary-deceased). She was preceded in death by her parents, Oscar and Evelyn Orgel, brothers, Fred Pierce, Richard Pierce and Gary Orgel, granddaughter, Hannah Axford, nephew, Raymond Orgel, niece, Deborah Peirce Bailes. Emily will be buried with her mother on Friday October 4, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at Columbia Cemetery on West River Road, Columbia Station, Ohio. A Celebration of Life will be held immediately following burial from 1:30 p.m. until 6:30 pm. At the Columbia V.F.W. Hall State Rt. 82 Columbia Station.
