Elmer R. "Ray" Payne Jr. 57 of North Ridgeville passed away suddenly Sunday September 18, 2016 at University Hospitals Elyria Medical Center. He was born January 11, 1959 in Cleveland, Ohio and was a 1977 graduate of Midpark High School. Elmer was a truck driver, and enjoyed cooking and doing mechanics , and he loved his dog Moogie. He served his Country for 4 years in the Marines. Survivors include his sister Gloria Payne of Elyria , brother Michael of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his parents Elmer Sr. and Elsie (nee Bunting) , sister Linda Tobin , brother Thomas. There will be no visitation or services. Burial Private.
