Elmer R. Bealer, 78, of Eaton Twp. Passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Mercy New Life Hospice in Lorain. He was born January 22, 1940 in Roseville, OH. Elmer enjoyed drag racing, sports, karaoke, and a great love for animals. Elmer worked for General Industries as a stationary steam engineer. Survivors include his daughter Gail Bealer of Wellington; sons Dennis Bealer of Wellington and David Bealer of Elyria; grandchildren Jamie, Chase, Trey, and Taylor; sister Mary (Danny) Gannon of Huntington,OH; brothers Sanford Jr. (Sandi) of Grafton and Timothy (Mary) of Lorain. He was preceded in death by his wife Ruth in 2005; parents Sanford Sr. and Olvine (nee Young); sister Ellen; brothers Michael and John.
