Ellen Loree Walker (nee: Spicer) 67, of Elyria passed away Friday March 22, 2013 at LifeCare of Elyria following a short illness. She was born June 21, 1945 in Elyria. Ellen had worked as a nurse for forty eight years, and the past twelve years at Rae Ann Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Westlake. She was a member of Elyria Moose Lodge# 907, Elyria United Polish Club, and Elyria V.F.W Post# 1079. Survivors include her husband Richard G. Walker Sr. whom she married September 5, 1964, a daughter; June Lusher (Todd) of Avon, a son; Rick Walker of LaGrange, additional survivors include six grandchildren, one great grandchild, her mother; Ruth F. Spicer (nee: Wolfer) of North Ridgeville, two sisters; Diana Posey (Bernie) of Elyria, Roberta Bullocks (David) of FL. Ellen was preceded in death by her father; Cliff Spicer in 1975, a sister; April Spicer in 1955, and a granddaughter; Madison Walker in 1999.
