Ellen Velky (nee Matthews), 89, of N. Olmsted passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at Fairview General Hospital. She was born August 13, 1929 in North Union, PA. Ellen worked for H & M Management as a property manager. She enjoyed playing Aggravation, Sunday dinners with the family. Her family was her priority in life. Survivors include her daughters Patricia Reyes, Marsha (Edward) Winkowski, Bobbi (Len) Dougher, Cheryl (Jim) Gannon; grandchildren Ellen, Maryann, Sharon, Raymond, Robert D., David, Robert E., Jason, Gina, Sam, Matthew, Nichole; 32 great grandchildren; 30 great-great grandchildren; 1 great-great- great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband's Marshall Beal, Raymond Flowers and Michael "Burt" Velky; her daughter Beatrice Stewart; brother Gerald Matthews; parents Virgil and Beatrice Matthews (nee Cassidy). A special thank you to her grandson Matthew for the care, love and support he showed his grandmother. Per Ellen's request there will be no visitation. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Burial Private.
