Eleanor Mae Zmuginsky "Hess" (nee: Taylor) 93, of Grafton passed away Tuesday February 9, 2016 at Keystone Pointe in LaGrange. She was born September 22, 1922 in North Olmsted. Eleanor was a 1940 Eaton High School graduate, and retired from Parker Hannifin in 1981 as an Inspector following ten years of service. She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Grafton, and was active with various senior citizens organizations. Survivors include a son; Edward J. Zmuginsky Jr. (Sue) of Grafton, two grandchildren; Skip Zmuginsky (Lori) of Toledo, Pam Shivak (Brian) of Grafton, two great grandchildren. Additional survivors include; two sisters; Ruth Frey of CA, Helen Silac of North Ridgeville. Eleanor was preceded in death by her husband Edward J. Zmuginsky Sr. in 1963, two grandsons; Tim and Jay Zmuginsky, her parents; Robert and Catherine (nee: Biermacher) Taylor, five sisters; Catherine Hamker, Dorothy Armbruster, Leonarda Rofe, Martha Linden and four brothers; Robert, Edward, Ralph and Lawrence Taylor. The family will receive friends 4-7 PM Friday February 12, 2016 at The Laubenthal-Mercado Funeral Home and Cremation Services 38475 Chestnut Ridge Rd.
