Edward Adelsberg 84, of Elyria passed away Tuesday February 7, 2017 at Ames Family Hospice in Westlake following a brief illness. He was born November 27, 1932 in Lilly,PA., and was a graduate of Lilly Washington High School and St. Francis University. Edward was a teacher and athletic director for midview school system. He proudly served his Country in the Army during Korea. Edward was a member of the United Polish Club in Elyria. He enjoyed golf, gardening, traveling and sports. Survivors include his wife of 58 yrs. Nancy (nee Skibo); sons Scott (Donna) of Norwalk, Thomas (Lisa) of Elyria, Jeffrey (Michelle) of Elyria, David (Denise) of Cleveland; granddaughter Claire; brother Sylvester Jr. of Ridley Park,PA.
